Bronze Package

For couples who want the creative fun, but take the lead

• Step by step guides: Digital design in full colour and included a paint by numbers black and white version to help your guests paint you both. 

• You can choose from a pre-sketched canvas with painted outlined portrait or a digital outlined portrait straight to canvas, A2–A1 rectangular canvas

• All paints within paint pots and brushes provided.

• Guidance on what else to purchase; easel, water pots, table cloth, wet wipes, gloves, aprons 

• Canvas is ready for you and your guests to paint

• Travel within 20 miles (drop-off the canvas and paints or posted to you)

 

Silver Package

For couples who want more support and flexibility

• Step by step guides: Digital design in full colour and included a paint by numbers black and white version to help your guests paint you both. 

• Choice of canvas size A1 to A2 rectangle or approx square size

• You can choose from a pre-sketched canvas with painted outlined portrait or a digital outlined portrait straight to canvas. A2–A1 rectangular canvas

• All paints, brushes, and water pots and easel included 

• Guidance on what else to purchase; table cloth, wet wipes, gloves, aprons 

• Delivery to your venue may also be possible – please enquire

• Hosting and guidance for your guests can be added for an additional fee

• Travel within 30 miles included (drop-off the canvas and paints or posted to you)

• Additional cost to set up at your venue within a 30 miles - request information

Gold Package

 For couples who want the full premium experience

The stress-free, all-inclusive option we supply everything so guests just arrive and paint

• Step by step guides: Digital design in full colour included a paint by numbers black and white version to help your guests paint you both. 

• You can choose from a pre-sketched canvas with painted outlined portrait or a digital outlined portrait straight to canvas. A2–A1, rectangular canvas

• Choice of canvas size A0, A1 to A2 rectangle or approx square 

• All paints, brushes, water pots, easel, table cloth, wet wipes, gloves, aprons included

• Full setup for your guests

• 3 hours of hosting and guidance during the celebration

• Guest book pages for signed keepsakes

• Priority scheduling

• Travel within 40 miles included

 

Optional aftercare available: we can subtly refine your portrait post-event while preserving the unique charm of your guests’ contributions.
