Visual art therapy involves using various art materials and techniques to create artwork as a means of self-expression and emotional processing. Engaging in visual art activities such as painting, drawing, printmaking, collage, and 3D work helps individuals with varying needs enhance fine motor skills, cognitive function, and emotional well-being. These activities are conducted in a friendly, fun environment at a venue of your choice.
Overall, art-based activities provide meaningful therapeutic benefits for individuals living with Parkinson's disease, helping to improve physical, emotional, and cognitive well-being while fostering creativity and self-expression. It's essential to consult with healthcare professionals and qualified therapists to ensure the most suitable and safe activities for each individual's needs and abilities.
We also offer training for personal development and CPD. All art supplies will be provided, ensuring you have everything you need to unleash your creativity. Beverages will be available for purchase.
